About Ten Ren
Domestic Retail Stores
There are 61 conveniently located Ten Ren's Ttea stores in Taiwan, of which 16 are inside large department stores, our trademark green letters and logo, cascading green leaves, and classically decorated stores offer our customers only the best quality tea products year round. We make sure that our customers can see the tea, taste the tea, and learn more about tea each time they visit us, we pay our respects to our customers through the Ten Ren's Eight Commandments.
 For over thirty years, we have dedicated the "Instant Delivery" program to tea lovers worldwide. We also offer free exchanges on tea if customers dislike the flavors. The implementation of Ten Ren's Eight Commandments is our way to express Ten Ren's Compassion through Ten Ren's Tea.
Market Distribution
In 1990, three Business Centers were established in Taipei, Tainan, and Kaohsiung to cater to large orders from convenient stores, supermarkets, and wholesale warehouses. This combination of franchise retail stores and Business Centers has enabled us to reach more customers more effectively and opened up the untraditional tea markets.
Overseas Market
"Wherever there is footprint, there is Ten Ren's Tea," has been the motto of Ten Ren's Tea Co., Ltd. Since 1979, fifty stores have been opened worldwide in U.S. city of Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Flashing, Chicago, San Gabriel, Monterey Park, Maryland, San Jose, Seattle, Hawaii, Canadian city of Toronto, Vancouver, and Japanese city of Kobe Lumpur and Penang, Sydney Australia, and Shanghai, Shantou, Huizhou, Quanzhou of China. The goal of 100 Ten Ren's Tea Stores worldwide is very probable.
