We thank you for visiting our Web site and we hope we’ve been able to answer some of your questions. Ten Fu’s Tea has been committed for many years to high quality tea production and we welcome to hear from you so you are most welcome to email us with your questions, concerns, comments and suggestions regarding our teas. Also, if you have a store local to you where you think our teas might do well, let us know and we will inquire about getting them placed. Please include name, address, phone number and favorite contact person if you have this. Please keep in mind that we get many calls and questions so if we are not able to answer your questions or concerns or comments in a timely manner, it just means that customer service is backed up. We might now be able to respond to all comments and questions but we will pay attention to all of your comments.
All of our offices operate from Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST. We are closed on the weekends and on special holidays.
